    1. Do I need to have an account to order?

    5. How do I set my shipping address?
    Since our website and service is French-based, all information you enter must be in French, including punctuation. If any letters in your address contain non-French letters, you will be advised to use similar French letters. For example, you can change the letter "ô" to "o".

    6. Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
    Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your vacation address, as we do not know how long the customs department at the destination will hold the package (pending).
     
     
    7. How long does the shipment take and how can I track my package?
    The delivery time is based on the delivery option you have chosen. Once the order is shipped, we will send you your tracking number and website by email. But we are not responsible for any delays caused by your country's customs department.
